Return Policy
By placing an order of the Product(s), Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Payment in full is due at the time Client submits order.
2. Client must notify Induction Therapies, LLC in writing within 10 (ten) days of receipt of Products or Client waives any right or claim to credit or exchange. Notice must be sent to orders@collagenpin.com
3. Products considered for exchange must be unopened, unused, and sealed. Induction Therapies, LLC will, in its sole discretion, refuse exchanges of Products that do not conform to this standard.
4. Induction Therapies, LLC charges a 15% restocking fee of all the total price of Products exchanged. The restocking fee will be deducted from any exchange granted prior to issuing the exchange.
5. All exchanges must be received within 5 (5) days of Induction Therapies, LLC agreeing to such exchange. Any agreement by Induction Therapies, LLC to exchange Product(s) will be provided through written notification to Client from an Induction Therapies, LLC Customer Service Representative and Client shall rely on no other communication of such agreement.
6. Client is responsible for shipping costs on exchanged item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Induction Therapies does not guarantee receipt of shipped items from client. Shipping times may vary based on client’s location. Induction Therapies advises using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
