The Leadership Behind Collagen P.I.N.®

Meet Angelia Inscoe
Angelia Inscoe has spent her career in professional aesthetics, working alongside licensed providers and building businesses that serve them. She founded Induction Therapies to bring a professional microneedling device to market on her own terms — engineered for the realities of a treatment room rather than a spec sheet.
Under her leadership, Collagen P.I.N.® grew from a single device into a platform used by dermatology practices, plastic surgeons and medical spas, and she has guided the company through the medical-device and regulatory requirements that come with manufacturing a Class II cleared instrument. Her conviction has stayed consistent: the device is one part of a treatment outcome. That belief shaped the company’s expansion into treatment products, post-procedure care, professional skincare, clinical education and the provider support programs that surround every Collagen P.I.N. practice today.
Executive responsibility for company operations, commercial strategy and the systems that support providers at scale.

Caleb Lindsey
Brand strategy, provider communication and commercial positioning.
Caleb Lindsey leads brand and marketing for Collagen P.I.N.®, shaping how the company communicates with licensed providers across digital, educational and commercial channels. His work spans brand strategy, campaign development, digital platforms and the positioning of the device, treatment products and provider programs. He partners closely with clinical education and customer experience so the message a practice receives before purchase matches the support it receives after.

Mario Matakovic
Quality systems, product standards and continuous improvement.
Mario Matakovic oversees quality systems for Collagen P.I.N.®, maintaining the standards and documentation behind the device and product lines. His responsibilities include quality processes, product specifications, records and documentation practices, compliance activities and continuous improvement across production. The objective is consistency — every device and every product reaching a practice performing the way the last one did.

Debbie Barton
Production operations, manufacturing coordination and inventory readiness.
Debbie Barton manages production operations, coordinating the manufacturing and assembly work that turns specifications into finished product. She oversees production scheduling, inventory readiness and the operational execution required to keep devices, cartridges and treatment products available to practices without interruption. Consistency on the production floor is what makes consistency in the treatment room possible.

Elysia Fisher
Provider onboarding, account support and long-term relationships.
Elysia Fisher leads customer experience, serving as the connection between Collagen P.I.N.® and the practices that use it. She oversees provider onboarding, account support, ordering and service questions, and the follow-through that helps a new practice move from delivery to confident daily use. That work extends well past the initial purchase, supporting practices through reordering, product questions and growth.

Justin Inscoe
Clinical training, treatment technique and protocol implementation.
Justin Inscoe directs clinical training and provider education, developing the curriculum and protocols that teach practices to use Collagen P.I.N.® well. His work covers treatment technique, depth and device settings, protocol design across the treatment product line, and hands-on training for new and experienced providers. The goal is provider confidence and clinicians who understand not only how the device works, but why a protocol is built the way it is.

Michael Panaghi
National account relationships, strategic growth and provider partnership.
Michael Panaghi manages national account relationships for Collagen P.I.N.®, working with practices and partners to identify opportunities for growth, strengthen adoption and support long-term account success. He serves as a strategic resource for key accounts, connecting their business needs with the devices, products, education and support available across the Collagen P.I.N.® ecosystem.
Built Around the Practice
Our leadership team approaches microneedling from more than one perspective. Device performance matters. So do product quality, clinical education, treatment protocols, patient experience, post-care, customer support and practice economics.
That broader perspective continues to shape how Collagen P.I.N. develops products, educates providers and builds the tools practices need before, during and after treatment.
